Ways to pay
You can pay your utility bills through EPCOR—by mail, credit card or through Internet or telephone banking.
The City of Edmonton pays EPCOR to respond to billing inquiries. If you have any questions related to the utility, call EPCOR Contact Centre at 310-4300 (Monday – Friday, 8am–7pm; Saturday, 8am–4:30pm).
Options for Paying My Bill
You can pay your billing five different ways:
Authorized withdrawal: This option takes the worry out of paying your monthly bill on time. It’s so simple, you can sign up right through epcor.com and have the payment taken from your bank account or by credit card.
Telephone or online banking: Contact your bank or financial institution to find out more.
