Since 1995, Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) has operated the annual ETS Stuff a Bus campaign with its partners to help people who rely on the food bank during the holiday season. Each year, in late November or early December, ETS buses and Transit Peace Officer cruisers visit Edmonton Save-On-Foods locations, where volunteers collect non-perishable food and cash donations for Edmonton's Food Bank.

In 2021, over 23,000 kilograms of food was collected at Save-On-Foods locations and $6,500 in cash were collected through online, text and check-out donations.

ETS Stuff a Bus has collected over 553,000 kilograms of food and $496,000 in cash donations since inception to help feed Edmontonians in need. This campaign also supports the Strathcona Food Bank (with Strathcona County Transit) and Parkland Food Bank.

ETS thanks all of its partners and the Edmonton community for their generosity in helping drive out hunger.
