Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) Dedicated Adult Transit Service (DATS) and the services it offers.

About the Service

DATS provides door-to-door public transportation for registered, pre-booked passengers 16 years of age or older who cannot use regular transit because of a physical or cognitive disability. DATS takes reservation bookings three days in advance of travel, two days in advance of travel, and the day before until noon. Subscription bookings are available for trips required on a regular basis, such as work or post-secondary education.

Over the summer of 2015, DATS led collaborative workshops, exercises and surveys with customers, caregivers and staff to determine a new mission, vision and values.
