Rundle Park, located on the north bank of the river in the city’s northeast, has a wide range of features and facilities for users to enjoy. Sports fields, multi-use trails, picnic sites and a golf course to name a few. It is also home to toboggan hills and an IceWay in the winter.
Starting May 1, 2022 until October 10, 2022, responsible alcohol consumption will be permitted at 124 picnic sites across 18 parks within the City of Edmonton. For a list of picnic sites and parks where consumption is permitted visit edmonton.ca/alcoholinparks.
Rundle Park has 6 picnic sites available for reservation during the summer. The park also has 23 picnic tables available for drop-in (no fee) use. Additionally, reservation site tables that aren't reserved in advance can be claimed on a first-come, first-served basis.
