What does this mean?

If you place a single order for a pre-order item, it will be dispatched once the item arrives to our warehouse (in the approx date above).

OR

If you order multiple items (which are not pre-order, and) pre-order item/s.. the entire order will be held, until the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse (in the approx date above).

IF you are needing your non pre-order items within our usual shipping time frames…

We highly recommend

Placing a separate order for your pre-order item, so that your non pre-order items can be dispatched immediately, in the meantime!

You will receive your tracking number as soon as the pre-order item has been dispatched.

Under no circumstance, are pre-orders able to be cancelled. (However can be returned).
