The new Arc fare vending machines located in LRT stations and some transit centres can only be used by Arc pilot volunteers at this time. Please use the older ticket vending machines or retail outlets to purchase transit fares.
All ETS customers must pay a cash fare or be in possession of a valid transfer, ticket or pass as proof of payment.

Customers can purchase their regular tickets and passes at the ETS Online Store and ETS Sales Outlets. Visit our Ride Transit Program page for information about purchasing a low-income transit pass.
Yes, family/day passes and single-use tickets can be purchased at LRT ticket vending machines at LRT stations. Although the machines are cleaned regularly, it is recommended that you clean your hands before and after you use them to help prevent the spread of infection in our community.
Yes, tickets and cash are accepted, however, monthly or family/day passes are encouraged because this minimizes contact and increases physical distancing. Paper transfers will be issued as proof of payment when paying with cash or tickets.
The operator shields can stay up and transfers can be given. ETS is working on a hazard assessment and procedures for transfers.
