When submitting general feedback, please include the vehicle number of the bus or LRT car, the route number, as well as the date/time. This information helps identify the exact vehicle, correctly identify an operator, and determine the location of the bus or LRT when the event occurred.

You can pay bylaw offence tickets online or by mail.
If the ticket is written as a Provincial Violation ticket (that is, Fare Evasion ticket on the LRT and all Transit Bylaws, Gaming and Liquor Act - Drunk in a Public Place, Trespass to Premises Ticket, Tobacco Reduction Act including Youth Tobacco Act tickets), it can be paid at the following location:
